THE PRODUCT NEVER ARRIVED

Our estimate for shipping time is between 1 to 5 business days (depending on your location in the UK or EU), not counting the preparation and shipping of the products, which is between 1 to 2 business days. If your order hasn't arrived within 15 days of shipment, please contact us for a full investigation.

DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL

If your vintage camera arrives damaged, please take photos and videos of the packaging and the item immediately and send them to our support team at contact@apexsnaphobby.com.

  • After verification by our support team, you will have two options: we will send you a replacement (if a similar model is in stock) or provide a 100% refund.

DEFECTIVE OR BROKEN AFTER USE

You have 30 days after the arrival of your product to report any functional issues. If the camera ceases to function correctly during this period, you can return it to us at your expense. We will refund the total amount via store credit so you can select another unique piece from our collection.

CHANGE OF MIND

You have 30 days after receipt of your product to return it to us. To start this process, please contact us at contact@apexsnaphobby.com.

  • We will provide you with the return address. Please keep in mind that we only accept returns for products that are unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.

EXCHANGE

If you wish to exchange your camera for a different model, you have 30 days after receiving it to do so. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Returns for exchange are at the customer's expense. Please contact our support team to guide you through the process.

WRONG PRODUCT

If you received a different camera model than the one ordered, you have 30 days to return it to us at our expense, and we will provide a 100% refund or send the correct item immediately.
